I am writing on behalf of my 85 year old mother who believed she was calling Microsoft for help but reached the above company. She paid them for a year..$139 and the contract did expire so I can't say money was lost. Then they WOULD NOT LEAVE HER ALONE. They called every day more then once and she became afraid to answer her phone. They were telling her her computer was broken, etc. She was embarrassed by her mistake when I finally got her to tell me...I was so pissed off I waited a day to call. I called them and they gave me the EXACT SAME STORY I got from I-Yogi last year: that their computers had been hacked and other companies, not them, were placing these calls. I would have written but they wouldn't give their address. They are based in India as is I-Yogi. How stupid do these companies think we are? THEY got hacked? I offered the agent a simple definition of "harassment" as well as a links to the FTC so he could read up. They in no way fixed her computer but forget the money. Leave my mom alone.
