I put in a bid for a job, they wanted $30.00 to hold in "escrow" until the job was complete. They charged my PayPal $31.04. Two days later (today 2/2/12) they charged another charge. I reported it to PayPal as an unauthorized charge. They wrote me a note and told me they refunded $30.00. They did not. Then they suspended my account, kept both payments, and would not answer my inquiries or speak to me at the site. I have two disputes in now at PayPal for both charges.

- I'm also have a problem with Freelancer.com (scammers). They took my $94 and they don't want to refund me. It's been 4 weeks now and they are telling me that PayPal has got my money which a pure lie. I opened a dispute with PayPal hopefully I will get my money back from these scammers. I will never use them again.

- How about you guys stop telling people lies. You took my money and don't want to give it back! Freelancer.com is a scam period. You are in business of defrauding people. It's not only about the fees but the funds deposited in Freelancer.com account is not refunded when requested. If a customer requests a refund you delete their account completely and take the money.

- I'm also have a problem with Freelancer.com (scammers). I havenot signed in freelancer.com site for months but was notified i was charged 10.48$ by them one day. They scam users with free plans at first and then charged them underhandly.
