I applied for an auto loan online. Filled out applications for a few different sites. A few days later I noticed Paymeloans.com had made several small deductions totaling .06 cents and then a deposit of .06 cents. I thought this was strange and looked them up online. Saw that several people had been scammed by them and a few of their other website names. I attempted to call them several times and was left on hold for 30 minutes. I also emailed them. I was emailed a reply stating they were sorry I was unhappy and that my 'membership" had been cancelled. They made no reference to me stating that I had never requested their services. I went to my bank and asked them to block anyone by the name Paymeloans.com and a couple other websites from taking money and transferred all the money in my account into a different one. I figured the problem was solved and last week put the money back into my account so my other bills could be paid.

Well wouldn't you know they took the $30. They were able to do this because they changed the name of their company which allowed my bank to allow the withdraw. This caused my account to go negative which gave me a $35 overdraft to my account. I contacted my banks fraud department and opened a case against them. Once completed my bank will replace the $30 plus the $35. I have also started the process of filing a claim with my states Intrastate Commerce Fraud Department. I urge anyone who has been taken by this company to contact their bank directly. Most banks will immediately file a fraud claim and get your money back.

BTY, I emailed this company about this and they replied that I had signed an agreement, blah, blah, blah but be assured my acount had been closed and no money would be taken. Um, idiots, you already took the money!!
