VERY SIMPLE,,,THE LCD TV TUNER IS OUT OF ORDER,CALL TO MAKE THE REPORT TO THE TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ON SEPT/25/2011,BUT THEY NEVER SEND ANYBODY TO FIX IT,I CALL EVERY TWO WEEKS AND ALWAYS THE SAME ANSWER:"SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE,WE ESCALATE THIS TO OUR SUPERVISOR AND YOUR TV IS IN TOP PRIORITY FOR REPAIR,JUST WAIT A COUPLE DAYS,,,OH WELL HAVE BEEN ALMOST FIVE MONTHS AND MY WARRANTY EXPIRED IN 04/10/2012,,i HAVE DOCUMENTED ALL THE CALLS I HAVE MADE TO THEM. WHAT CAN I DO?
