This man advertised a 7 bdrm, 6 bath home for rent in New Orleans at 1201 Chatres St, #2, which is actually a 2-bedroom condo for sale. He asked for $1,000 up front, which we DID NOT send in as I intervened today for my college-aged daughter and her friends by trying to help them with an "agreement letter" that never transpired. All the emails were sent to VACATION RENTALS <[email protected]> and signed by Frank Gerson, who didn't even write (and probably didn't speak) correctly, which you would have assumed a professional business would have provided to it's clients. A further search on VACATION RENTALS.COM showed no such listing either. What a scumbag and a criminal. He should be arrested.
