Got message XP Home Security 2012 alert. Had virus and I couldn't use my computer. Cost to sign up for coverage was 69.95 for 2 years. After I signed up it showed their License Code 9372-334607-5741, Order #515500. I still couldn't use my computer so I called a local computer technican and he had to get virus off . He told me it was a scam and I should call my credit card company and have them issue me a new card. When I called my credit card company, the only charge showing was the 69.95 but they cancelled my old number and issued a new one; however, they couldn't take the 69.95 charge off. They did not have a phone number only the web site videocaverpro.com. I have not been able to cancel my order.
