On the pretext of getting a Walmart $100 gift card for $4.95, I received a call from Valu-Pass who trapped me into a membership and used my credit card to charge me an additional $99.00. Since I did not cancel this membership within the time they set, they refused to give me a refund. Only after repeated calls and arguing with them about this scam, they agreed to a $70.00 refund. Now I see many other scam reports listed on the Internet about this firm and I feel I am entitled to a full refund, but they refuse, making me the victim of their scam. I never used any of their services, never got the gift card and feel entitled to the refund. Repeated calls are to no avail, and an email of complaint to Walmart is unanswered.
