I was called by someone after I made enquiries on the web. I have had a really bad week of sorting out the good from the bad loan companies and now cannot even remember who the hell they are. I do know that I did not give authorisation for money to come out of my account unless the loan was received. Needless to say the loan did not happen. I do not have any contact details for this company in the UK, so if anyone can assist with that information it will be a help to start the legal process of getting the money back.
