I contacted Free-Shipping .com to cancel my membership which was generated through Advanced Grocery Savers and they told me twice that they had no record of this even though I received their packet stating my membership.
This is the email I sent them;
I am not sure why you cant find this info, I emailed you with the info from your welcome packet that has my password info on it.
I signed up with a company called Advanced Grocery Savings for $19.95 and was switched over to your organization to sign up & receive a $15 rebate.
I was told it would take 7-10 business days to receive packet and that was about a month ago.
Your packet states that my membership includes the cash-back rebate of $15 on my recent "Advanced Sciences Purchase"(Advanced Grocery Savers).
I am assuming that this is a scam and if you are not part of it then you need to find out why and how they are attaching your company to their scam.
I want you to close this account, & send me the confirmation. I will be checking my credit card for any billing that was submitted by your company.
I still havent received any info from Advanced Grocery Savers either and the info I was given was incorrect.
