I don't feel like such a twit now! I am thinking I may be one of the luckier ones. I received my Organa Cleanse in the mail today and it was post marked from Sweden. I sent an email to [email protected] when I had received nothing by 16 January and got the following reply:-
Greetings Janine, Thank you for contacting customer care. We sincerely apologize, but the address in your account was captured incorrectly, and that is why you haven’t received your item. We have cancelled your account, corrected your address, and are sending out the item again for free. Please contact customer care via telephone at

I'll be keeping a VERY CLOSE eye on my visa now. I haven't had any further charges on it so far. I also wondered if I was doing the right thing in buying it, but it all looked so legit with the Women's Health mag. :o(

- I got that exact same email from them and they still went ahead and charged my credit card in total $190.00 and I havent recieved anything. I have cancelled my card to stop further charges.

Oh Megs! How dreadful for you. I cancelled my Visa card as soon as I found this page. I got some Organa Cleanse in the mail today but I think I will just throw them out. :o( i tried ringing the phone number for Adelaide but got an answering machine with endless music, so I emailed them back again. Fingers crossed to see what I find out!
