A charge in the above amount appeared on my statement for the period 12/25/11 - 1/24/12 dated 12/22 (three days before the period began) and it is exactly as follows: "AWI8888518845 8888518845 FL" (spacing same as on my credit card bill). It is a one line entry on my credit card bill.
Update: 01/30/2012
I contacted my credit card company and reported it to their fraud unit and they are removing the charge so you may not have to take any further action.
