I purchased easyspy for cell phone. After purchasing the supposed non risk product I found it did not work with my phone even though they said it would work before purchase. I immediately requested a refund and received an email it would be prossessed and I would receive the refund in 3-4 days. These days passed with no evidence of any such refund. I attempted to email them again only to receive the same response. I then attempted to contact them using the provided phone number which states no one is available to assist me and I should use the website using the same contact that sent the original message stating refund would be received in 3-4 days. I found myself caught in this viscious loop that had no end. The only thing I know for sure is this product does not work and their 365 day guarantee isn't worth anything. Their support is worth even less given the fact it is apparent that the only thing they respond with is a form response stating your refund is "in the mail". Don't fall for the scam, save yourself 97.00. After further review, I found it is not legal to do this so for them to be offering this should have been a big flashing warning sign. If at some time I ever do receive a response I will gladly retract this statement but I am more than sure that won't ever be needed. They are getting rich on promises never delivered.
