I purchased some tablets from this company under the understanding it was a free trial. I was willing to pay for the P&P so they had my credit card details. But when I received my credit card statement I noticed I had been charged £69.70. I immediately got in touch with the company and was told the tablets was only on free trial for 14 days. The person I spoke to told me when the next batch of tablets arrive I would be given a full refund if I sent them back. No tablets arrived so I got in touch with the company again. This time I was told it was too late to do anything! After complaining I was refunded approximately £18. When I first ordered the tablets I did not see anywhere where it stated the free trial was only for 14 days. How can you possibly know whether the tablets are any good in just 14 days.
