i stupidly fell for the free trial of the three diet products. made no difference whatsover so i phoned and cancelled via automated service. on the 18th january £105 taken from my account!! I phoned the contact number (premium rate) and was given an email address of support centre where i logged complaint.....still to receive a reply!. have called the contact number ...premium rate and when i have managed to get through have been told that asupervisor will contact headoffice. I HAVE REQUESTED ALTERNATIVE PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL AND BEEN TOLD THERE ISN'T ANY!!!!!

Hi, I live in the Uk and stupidly fell for this scam too. What number did you phone because the one on their website says 'not recognised' when I dial!
Also what email address did you contact them on? This is ridiculous, there was not a way to cancel online and I did not receive an email to say that I was being charged for it or to say that I was going to receive more! -

I started to write a complaint but it disappeared from my screen.
I got their pills yesterday, but was not aware I had signed up to paying out £37.50 x 2 for ongoing products.
I sent an immediate email to their: [email protected] but it came back as unknown!
Anyone know their Head Office address?
