I submitted my Website's URL to be copyrighted by DirectLegal.com but, it was never copyrighted. DirectLegal.com charged me $134 to my Visa Card. This occured on February 8, 2011 but I just found out by searching the internet that my Website was never copyrighted by DirectLegal. I tried conacting DirectLegal several times via email but, I don't get a response from them.

- I'm also a victim of DirectLegal.com. Everything this user states is true. Poor customer service, sloppy trademark/copyright applications, and lack of responsibility for their errors- that's what DirectLegal is all about!
