Accepted a promotional offer to get their e-cig starter kit for only the cost of shipping $4.95. Checked my bank account today and found that $109.95 was taking out of my checking account. There were no statements, policies, terms of conditions, stating that they would charge $109.95 after a trial period. Not to mention, the product they sent me (e-cig) stopped working completely today and will not charge and the atomizer doesn't work. I have send their support an e-mail with my complaint, and hope they do the right thing and give me my money back. Thats the first and last time I'll ever fall for some stupid scam like this. I honestly thought, wow, here's a company out to try and save lives, and trying to get their product known. I expected to pay for more cartridges if I was happy with the product, but since they screwed me over thats not going to be the case. Please, if you are considering purchasing an e-cig. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! No one cares about your health, companies like this just care about money, and scamming you! If you want to quit cigs, use SNUS to help! :-)
