they called my 93 year old mother,lied and told here that they were her health care provider [humanna], and they needed her checking account number to keep providing coverage. they took $446.44 out! when I called them, i found out that you can't speak to them, you speak to a third party customer service company. i was promised a refund but never recieved anything! these people belong in jail! where is the justice in america?
