ACH web single withdrew about $619 from my checking account over the last 3 months and gave it to Macy's. I did not authorize nor was I notified of these withdrawals. Luckily, Macy's was honest enough to send me a monthly statement showing a credit. I then looked in my checking account and saw what happened. I called Macy's and they are sending me a check for the credit. However, they have to send it to my home address in Michigan. It will then be forwarded to me in AZ where I am spending the winter. I will then have to turn around and mail it back to my bank in MI because there are no PNC banks here, so it will be 4 to 6 weeks before it hits my bank account.
