I tried to get a vin background search done. The one time offer was $2.95 with every intention of it just being just this one search. The account was setup but there was never any place to login after that. There was never any results for the vin provided. The account was then charged an additional $29.95. There was no way to cancel the account because there was no place to login. I called the number provided in the billing statement and this weasel says that they can not refund my money because if I had read the aggreement I had to cancel the account before three days expired. Here is the problem. There is no way to do this and the the service that was paid for was never provided.
