- Try this number I was successful and was told I would be refunded, but not for the overdraft fees, my bank said they would take care of that. 1-877-670-8736 I spoke to someone named Chase ID#1026. He also gave me 1-855-288-6479 to speak to someone named Kevin or Marsha. I hope this will help you.
