Cold call from Elite Travel rep, Dan Lawson, stating he could sell our 20 weeks for nearly $50,000. Indicated he could sell it by obtaining our membership number. We did not have a membership number and then he played the game of "looking into it" and ultimately stating we could become members for $3500 and that the buyer was waiting on us to list the weeks. After nearly a month of trying to obtain a cash advance from our credit card, we went directly to our bank to do a wire transfer and did a direct transfer. We were suckered and waited 4-5 months with several calls to find out where our "buyer" went. We have sent a court notification threat, but this week their phone messages say they "are out of the office for the holiday". I think they are out of the country for the holidays.
