While in Venice, Italy, we took a trip to Ferro & Lazzarini, a glass blowing factory in Murano. The salesman there sold us two glass/beverage sets and one tray for $2000. However, when we arrived home from our trip, we only received one INCOMPLETE beverage set and the tray; we never received the second beverage set we purchased. We complained to the factory, but they were unwilling to help. Come to find out, the salesman purposely lied to us while we were in the store and wrote our receipt in Italian so that we would not know what he was up to. Needless to say, we were scammed! Ended up home with an incomplete glass set and a tray, when we were promised two complete glass/beverage sets for the price we paid. Even though my husband and I both witnessed what happened to us, they are unwilling to help us and deny all allegations. This is a fraudulent company.
