We were looking for a supplier of Ipads for the local market in South Africa. We got an email through tradekey (http://www.tradekey.com/profile_view/uid/5306424/JiangSu-DeRiss-Manufacture-Co-ltd.htm) did some research on the company. We also noticed that they had a website at - http://deriss.herostart.com/contactus.html - so since they were registered with reliable sources we considered them to be legit.
Yolanda Tian is the contact for Deriss Manufacture. They offer Ipads through Tradekey and Herostat. All looks fine until you pay the order and they send you a EMS courier document. But, thats where it ends. It got to a point where it became a customs issue that the stock was being help. Then they just stopped responding to emails.
Since then they do not reply to emails, or their phone is always engaged, etc. We have basically written of the money and wont do business with China again.
