On Dec 5, '11 I was charged [through my debit card] $7.94 for a sample of Lush ILLUMINATION ANTI-AGING SERUM [15 ml.] I tried the product & wasn't impressed. The ad highly instructed me to buy a sample product of Juveneu anti-wrinkle serum because they are suppose to work well mixed together.

On Dec 19, '11 I was automatically charged $99.92 for the Juveneu anti-wrinkle serum sample. [I was under the impression that it would only cost me $7.94 like they stated in their ad]

On Jan. 18, '12 I was automatically charged $82.86 for another sample bottle of LUSH ILLUMINATION. [15ml]

I was unaware of this company doing this. They used Auto Renewal & I honesty didn't give them my permission to do this.

I received a package yesterday [Jan 13, '11] in the mail from: Lush Illumination - [029] P.O. Box 30816, Salt Lake City UT 84130 on track# 465649587 It was my second sample bottle of LUSH ILLUMINATION [which I did not order]

[Jan 14, '11] Through the Internet, I went to the Lush Illumination ad where I first read of this sample product to cancel any more of their products & saw there were Scam Alerts on these two products. I e-mailed each company to complain of their dishonesty & told them to IMMEDIATELY cancel any & all orders & that I did not like their product.

I called the Lush company at 1-877-374-0182 & was told I had one minute to wait & had one person ahead of me, I was then told that I had 5 people ahead of me so I hung up. I never had the chance to get a Return Merchandise Authorization [RMA #]

Tomorrow [Jan 15, '11] I'm going to send the one sample unused bottle of LUSH Illumination & the one used sample bottle of Lush Illumination & the one used sample bottle of Juveneu by UPS hopefully for a refund. But since this is a scam, I doubt this will happen.

I initially bought into this because of the glowing testimonials from others [on the Internet] who have tried their products & because of the gold seal stating Satisfaction Guaranteed. And that the products were made in the U.S.A. It also states on their website that the Lush co. offers a 100 % satisfaction guarantee with all their products. But now that I want to return these three sample bottles, it seems to be very, very hard to get through on the phone.

Today I signed up for a new Debit card & warned my Credit Union of this Scam situation so they would be on guard for the next auto renewal.
