unauthorized charge on debit card for $10.75 on Jan. 21,2012. I called bank and obtained number to call (516-734-6497). Phone finally answered and was told I had purchased a car floor mat online on a day that I was out of town and had no online access. I was assured the charge would be reversed. My bank recommended I cancel the card immediately and not wait for any refund.
