I attempted to place an order for their "2 for 1" advertised special, which entailed 2 products for the single price of $19.99, plus separate shipping & handling of $7.95 each. Credit card information is required, then successive misleading pop up windows appear, each asking if you wish to order various things. The first of these was for the "Dream Look Lifts" which I wanted to order, which appeared a second time during the procession of pop-up windows. At the end of these popups, there was no opportunity to review what exactly was ordered, it just immediately went to "confirmation of order"! It turned out that each time I requested an item from the pop ups, it placed an order in addition to the "buy 1 get 1 offer", which was all that I wished to get. Instead of ordering just 2 of the eye lifts, which would have been a total cost of 19.99 plus S&H (which the site does not tell you how much the S&H is until after your order is placed), I ended up charged for $54.97 in products and $36.79 in S&H. Calls immediately after to the customer service number provided no relief - after a long time on hold, I was told that I had to wait 48 hours to cancel the order, as it would not appear in their system until then. I called back 2 days later, was on hold for over an hour then disconnected. I subsequently did manage to cancel the order, but it was charged to my credit card on 1/17/12, and the entire order was shipped to me anyway. I called customer service yet again, complaining about this entire fiasco and the deceptive website ordering. They refused to refund my S&H, I have to return the envelope at my expense, and as a "courtesy" agreed to then refund $20.00 of the S&H. So, I ended up with approximately $20.00 in costs and no product. This is a scam from start to finish.
Also - on the website, https://www.dreamlookdeal.com/?mid=1155538&gclid=COL1wbDU6a0CFYZrKgodsD0v7A, it states that there is a 60 day money back guarantee + S&P; the way it is worded, it appears that you would receive both your product price and shipping/handling costs back, guaranteed.
