This company contacted me and told me that they would give me a $5,500 credit card if I paid them $99. They charged me the $99 twice. They also told me that it would take 3-5 business days initially, and I ended up waiting 14 days! And on the day they told me that I was getting my credit card in the mail, I got an e-mail telling me how to activate my account. I called the company, where they advised me that it isn't a credit card but rather a credit line that I have to use online. I demanded to speak to a supervisor who told me I was being rude when I wasn't, and they told me that they would cancel my account but that the $99 was non-refundable. I have been trying to contact the person I initially spoke with, named Sarah, for 2 weeks and continue to get the run-around. I have been told that I need to contact my bank and the BBB, which I am working on now.
