RECD A CALL FROM JASON CRAIG, THREATENING CRIMINAL ACTION FOR A PAYDAY LOAN OF WHICH I NEVER PAID FOR. I TRIED TO GET MORE INFORMATION BUT HE REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE INFORMATION LIKE WHEN, WHERE, DATE, LOAN AMT AND HE STATED IT WAS A LAWSUIT. THE FUNNY PART OF THIS IS THAT HE SAID A LAWOFFICER WOULD COME TO MY JOB WITH A SUPOENA AND ESCORT ME TO THE COURTHOUSE. WELL THATS NOT HOW THE LAW WORKS. I CALLED A RELATIVE IN THE LEGAL FIELD AND SHE CALLED JASON CRAIG AS SOMEONE REPRESENTING ME AND HE WAS SPEECHLESS. SHE ENDED THE CONVERSATION WITH I AM REPORTING YOU TO THE CA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE. THE BIG HINT THAT THIS WAS A SCAM WAS THAT HE PROVIDED MY RELATIVE WITH AN ACCT NUMBER FOR A BANK WHICH I JUST OPENED THIS YEAR AND THE PAYDAY LOAN TRANSACTION WAS SUPPOSEDLY A YEAR PRIOR TO THAT. BEWARE, DONT LET THESE SCAMMERS GET YOU. THEY HAVE A FOREIGN. (INDIAN) ACCENT. AND DO NOT GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE.
PLEASE BEWARE, HE DID NOT GET MY MONEY AS HE THOUGHT.
ALSO REPORT TO YOUR LOCAL PRECINCT AND ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE IN CALIFORNIA FOR THIS COMPANY
