I was trying to use the computer when this advetisement came up trying to sell this program to protect my computer. I could NOT close it and (stupidly) thought - what the heck and said OK. Very soon after that the computer went down and a virus had attached itself and I'm still not able to get it running. I got the Macter Card bill for this service and I do NOT want it. I want the download stopped/removed and my money refunded or credited to my accont!
