Another unhappy customer of BidRack...my story is the same, with the exception that when I started bidding, they changed my user name by adding a number on the end of it. When I started to get suspicious...and left the site to check it out on Google., read some of the complaints, then tried to get on they said my user/passwords did not match..I tried both the one I submitted and the one they changed it to. I sent an email for a reset password, did not hear back (they advertise 24/7 support), so submitted the request again. That was 2 days ago. They still have not responded so I cannot go in and look at the account I did not even know I had....they were quick to submit the bill to MasterCard, however, as when I called MC the first thing in the morning they had already had the charge...........for $99.00. MC said I should contact them again when I get my MC bill, and should call BR.

I called BidRack after I called MC...and of course, they said a supervisor would call me. They did hours later, but as it was long distance, it went to my voice mail and the supervisor said..if you have any further questions , email support @bidrack.com. Period.

This is clearly a scam. Every site I have ordered from, once you put in your card number says either...are you certain you wish to continue with this purchase,...or your card will be charged.....
or when you confirm your purchase.....but this site said none of these things....just now start winning...which I took as just putting bids in. And they send a confirmation email. Not this scam site.

Another of my friends had the same thing happen to her.

If I do not get satisfaction from them I am putting it on FaceBook, and sending out a mass email about their deceptive business practice.
