1.5 years ago I bought YOWZA Juno treadmill. The pulse monitor was not working since day one. From July 8, 2010 till January 8, 2011 Yowza Fitness tried to fix the problem. The result:
"In sending the Polar watch all parties are acknowledgeing the inability to resolve the HR control on the treadmill for whatever the reason (environmental, electronic interference etc.) and agree that the HR watch and belt are the best solution to this situation."
Now, on January 2, 2012 the motor stop working. I notify the Co immediately. Beside few E-mails nothing was done.I am 65 years old and this is my health. I am on the treadmill every second day. It is January 20 and they are not responding. The warranty is 2 years on labor and life time on motor.
I had already bad experience with the Co warranties. What you suggest I have to do now? Sue them?
But I live in NJ and the Co in Florida. Who is going to pay for my expenses?
It is a shame that we allowed such Company even to be in the business especially in fitness. This is a BIG Scam!!!
