Screen-pop kept coming up and saying they were Vista Firewall Security and that I had to purchase an update immediately to protect my system and get rid of the virus. Forced to purchase the software. No contact numbers and nothing happened except the processing of the monies off of my credit card I tried to ececute my other anti-virus software but it had it blocked it saying it had been infected. Had to take computer back and have the hard drive cleaned and it cost me $129.95 , plus the $59.95 they beat me out of . I want my money back. JR. Miller in Atlanta Ga.
