I applied for the free trial of lean slim and ultra cleanse. Nothing happened for over a month , then I got a billing of 2 x £57.50, and then a week later received the "free trial samples". Tried sending an email but am advised that this will get no response as it only deals with product enquiries. Rang 08087451722 but have never been able to get through to talk to anyone. Sent a letter of cancellation to Colossal, 21A/B Cherry Way, Dubmire Industrial Estate, Fence Houses, County Durham, DH4 5RJ . Bank says that once you use a credit card even if you cancel the existing card that does not mean the supplier will not be able to take further payments - how I do stop these scammers ?
