As I was on my computer, it all of a sudden locked saying my computer was being attacked right now by an outside virus. I immediately turn off my computer and was unable to lock on for days until I purchased an anti-virus software which then took about 4 hours to clean up/out my computer. When I went to my bank $69.99 was pending processing for payment by monstrocloud.com. I went to that site and was unable to get in or see what services this company provided. I have logged a complaint with my bank but so far they have only credited me the $2.10 because the company is located in London.
