Same as all the other complaints on this company. I ordered a pair of shoes which of course I paid for. Then I see they have taken $39.95 out of my bank account for the last three months and I have never purchased anything except the one pair of shoes for $19.97. I am on the phone with Bank of America's fraud deparment and hope to get it reversed.
