I recieved a call early in December offering a card with a credit line of $5,500.00. Without my permission, paperwork or signature, this elusive "company" deducted $99.00 from my bank account. I called these various numbers, 1-877-536-0076, 1-800-887-2636 to have my funds reimbursed to my account. If I was lucky enough to reach someone, they stated that the fee was non-refunadable and to expect my card within 5-7 working days from the date the fund was removed, which was December 2nd. the 5-7 days had passed,...no card. For the next 3 weeks I continued to call for my $99.00 to be returned,... I was connected only to be transferred and usually hung up on. When asked where they were located, one individual stated Delaware, another, Nevada,... there was no physical address or corprate office to speak with a supervisor or someone higher up.
Googled company and to my dismay found several others who had similar if not worse experiences.
In January, as I was checking my account on-line to match my checkbook, I noticed a fee of $19.00 removed from my account. When I contacted my bank, they informed of the culprit. I called and called. Finally reached a gentleman by the name of James after calling the 1-800-877-2636 number at extension 1001. To make a long story short, I finally obtained a cancellation number. I e-mailed them at [email protected] and [email protected] expressing to them that I will go to any lengths to get them reported. I tried through my counties police fraud department, Delewares as well as with the Better Business Bureau. Michelle Lewis
