we received in the mail a form that said at the top - 'YOU HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED TO RECEIVE A PRE-LOADED VISA/HS AFFILIATED CARD." Further down the very formal and I must say effective looking letter it states that my husband should send in $20.00 to acvtivate tne card which would be sent to us upon receipt of the $20.00 by either check, money order or charge my Visa, Master Card. In addition they will act to ensure his opportunity to win in actual cash and prizes, $5,000,000.00. This sum will be disbursed upon official winners determination, etc. Sounds rather good doesn't it? This was to be returned to Customer Care, Postbus 12, 6865 ZG Doorweth, Netherlands.

But the thing is we have been getting all sorts of these things from China to be returned to the Netherlands at various postbuses, some the same, some different, for various amounts to be won, all in the millions, none of them giving you a credit card however, but all asking for a "release fee" anywhere from $19.90 to $50.00. What can be done about this. Obviously we are not stupid but we have been collecting these letters and wondered if anyone would be interested in investigating this obvious international fraud. The only thing I have lost is $25.00 merely out of curiousity.
