ORDERED AUTHENTIC UGG BOOTS ONLINE 11/30/11, CREDIT CARD CHARGED 12/2/11 IN AMOUNT OF $101.10 WITH E-MAIL FROM THEIR PROCESSOR INDICATING THAT THE PURCHASE PRICE ONLINE WOULD BE SLIGTLY HIGHER DUE TO THE FOREIGN EXHANGE RATE. BOOTS NEVER ARRIVED. AM HOLDING THE PURCHASE IN DISPUTE WITH CREDIT CARD COMPANY. I HAVE ALSO BEEN RESEARCHING THIS COMPANY FEARING I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED. AN UGG OUTLET REPRESENTATIVE IN ORLANDO, FL TOLD ME THIS COMPANY IS ON THEIR LIST OF COMMON COMPLAINTS OF COUNTERFEIT UGG BOOTS AND THAT THEY ARE CURRENTLY ASSITING WITH AN INVESTIGATION OF COMPANY WITH UGG AUSTRALIA FOR TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT AND DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING.
