everbuying.com is chinese website, selling electronics, and other items around the world. My friend and I ordered two cell phones, hers is damaged badly, mine doesnt work properly, and is missing some important things, like the charger, for example. to keep this short. We want a refund, including shipping costs. I have a bunch of stuff printed out like there terms of use and a few other things, that sounds like a scam in its self. and if you read close enough, it's admitting that its a scam.
