the advertisement said I was in danger and that I needed security protection. It wouldn't let me exit out of it and being as I did need a new security plan I went ahead and ordered the 2 year plan!
My norton security had expired and I thought this would handle any security risks, etc. But after I put it on my credit card and thought it was downloaded. I couldn't find it in my download file!
I downloaded other security protections before and never had a problem, so I didn't think this would be any different. But I guess I got scammed too!
The other thing is when it showed up on my credit card, I didn't recognize this transaction at all. I notified my bank and they closed out my credit card until they could track the transaction. When they told me it was a transaction I had made on my computer, I realized what it was and asked them if they had a phone numer or address so that I could see for myself what was going on. But they couldn't give me any more information than what I had. I am going to go further with this and get the charge taken off of my credit card, but would still like to be on record to say that I got scammed by VideoCaverPro too!
