Sent for FREE sample and was told I was only required to pay for postage. My account stated 3 items sent at a cost of around $33 which should of been just $10AU for postage. Unable to be more specific with this figure as I have cancelled my credit card. Then this month on 18th Jan I was deducted a sum of $51US + postage for something I have not received and NEVER ordered. They have taken out these amounts from my account without my authorisation. I did send a letter to them after receiving the 1st delivery (after discovering thru your letters that this could possibly be fraud or a scam) indicating that no money was to be taken from my account and no more products were to be sent to me. They ignored this! Why are these people allowed to get away with this - it is totally false advertising. Brenda WA
