The product, (viagrow) did not work. They said they would refund the money if we reported it within the month. The product was not shipped until late in the month. We notified them by email on the 3rd of January, 9th of January, 11th of January and on the 12th of January. We have called 1-866-847-4208 several times and no response. We can't get any person and they won't call back. We want our money back. We will send the product back if they will tell us where.
