I received my rogers phone bill on December 09,2012 and there was a charge for $48.00 from Skill2 Thrill Trivia on December 09, 2011. I am a Canadian nurse who works in the States and only use my cell phone for emergencies. I was up in Grand Bend, Ont December 9th as my brother passed away when these charges were added to my phone. I have a basic package with Rogers with no texting on my phone so I would not have signed up for this service. When I called 1 866-257-4586 with billing questions they told me someone signed us up in April 2011. We have grown children and none of which live at home so I know none of them would have signed us up as they know I don't text. I want this charge taken off my Rogers phone (519) 980-3082 as it was charged without my permission. I called Rogers on Jan. 19th and requested that no third party charges be allowed to be charged to my husband's or my phone in the future in hopes of this ever happening again. i look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter and and the reversal of these charges.
