as soon as I filled out the information and thought I was getting 10 free bids then found out 10 minutes later I was gonna be charged ($99.00...nothing in the terms and conditions did it say anywhere in the ad or anywhere that it would cost $99.00...my card was charged on the 22nd but informed them on the same day I filled out the information which was on the 18th of July and was only 10 minutes later that I had made a mistake and that I DID NOT want card charged and DID NOT want and wouldn't be making any orders or bids and to disregard it. Then a few minutes later I got an email saying thank you for my order along with an order # telling them I did not want the order and to disregard and do not charge my account......they charged it anyway ont he 22nd....am currently on the phone with someone as I'm writing this trying to get my money back...will let you know what I find out.
had to forward my email that the support center sent me congratulating me on my order that's when I found out the $99.00 price...called customer care at 1-888-467-4217...said it would take up to 7-10 business days to get my 100% refund back but ususally in 48 to 72 hours...the lady was really nice...we will see.....and suppose to get an email back from her manager with a confirmation number along with my full refund. This has been my experience.....hope it helps someone else out.

Hello,

I am sorry to hear about your confusion about the charge to your credit card. We try very hard to make sure our credit card charges to our users are clearly disclosed. Below is a screenshot of our sign-up for where we sell our $99 bid pack you are referencing:

I am glad to hear that you were able to reach out to customer service to get your refund. One thing I wanted to make clear (that it sounds like our customer service did not accurately explain) is that our refunds are actually issued in real-time. However, it normally takes your credit card issuing bank anywhere from 3-10 days to credit it to your account. Just as when we charge a credit card it takes a similar amount of time to hit our merchant account. Unfortunately this is on your issuing bank's side of things and is out of control. If we could make it show up right away, believe me we would!

Having said that, I often do tests on our site using my personal credit card and if I refund the purchase back to myself it has never taken more than 3 days to credit. I hope you will have a similar experience with your issuing bank.

I did some investigating into grabswag after being ripped off by these cronies and i found out who was behind this scam. GrabSwag.com, is a scam, partnered with a company called IMM Interactive/Copeac which is owned by Mike Krongel, which is a scam affiliate network that sends consumers to these sites via fake news articles and gets paid for it. If you click on one of the fake news sites that they are running below, and in internet explorer use webpage privacy, you will see emediatrack.com, on the privacy, which is owend by IMM Interactive/Copeac ( This is how I found out who was behind it). IMM Interactive and Mike Krongel has duped consumers out of millions of dollars says the FTC, by running fake news sites, like the one linked below, and they are currently being sued by the FTC, for false advertising and deceptive marketing practices, for using fake news websites like the one linked below. The FTC is trying to stop them but apparently can't. Lets get these people shut down!!! Report GrabSwag and IMM Interactive/Copeac, to the FTC, Attorney Generals, BBB, IC3, FBI and lets get a class action lawsuit going against both of these companies scambook!!!
