acompany rang purporting to be phoning on behalf of Microft informing me that a company called AAMMYY who had charged me £144.99 was not representative of Microsoft but were pretending.
They said that they would get my money back from the company if I paid them $200. They obtained access to my computer using a programme called datasafe ad removed all the icons relating to AAMMYY accept one called MALWARE. They said they would send me an e-mail confirming my payment immediately but I have not received it yet. I do not know how they can refund the £144.99 because they say that the site I paid my money to was deleted immediately after they received it. The phone numbers I was given were unobtainable when I rng them. They were 016077231168 and 02501148018.
