They "promised" to resolve my on-going tax audit issues. I had to pay the full amount before receiving my report. I was then supposed to discuss that with an already-assigned taxmasters person who last week was "out sick" and now scheduled to call me on Jan. 20th at 12 noon. The so-called report they have sent me doesn't tell me much and I don't know what the person would tell me if she calls. After readying so many [bad] reviews; I'm very concerned that I'm going to be another victim of taxmasters. Just trying to be pro-active by posting a complaint. Not trying to be "pessimistic" but can't help... Thanks!
