When I received my Visa statement, I noticed a charge from ACT*Registration for $59.95. I called the number on my statement, 1-877-228-4881 and spoke to Angela, a representative. I told her that I would like to know where the charge came from and who signed up for this. She said she was unable to tell me where the charge came from and immediately offered to refund it. I asked her again where the charge came from and she said I must have signed up for something, like a marathon or a corporate function and the small print on the application gave me a trial ACT membership. I find this extremely disturbing since I have no recollection of signing up for anything and since she so quickly offered to get rid of it, like she does this often. Thank you for looking into this. Our Visa statement is small enough that this really stood out. I would hate to see someone charged for this without realizing it.

- Same thing happen to me. One of my kids signed up for a race and this additional charge showed up on my cc. I called the cc company and they immediately credited my account.
