I sent for the 'free' sample of their product, which I received, have not even opened and offered to send this back. They replied to my e-mail saying my account had been cancelled and no money would be taken from my account. I have received my statement today and they have since taken £73 out of my account! I have taken this further to ensure no further payments are taken from my account and I am credited in full. I cannot believe this product is still being advertised!! I cannot afford to pay £73 a month and I am worried sick about this. Please help me!!

Then get on to your bank immediately, stop all future payments and request that your bank overturn and refund the payments as you did not authorise payment. Be firm!!! -
