On 4 December I put through a payment for trials of Anti Rides Serum £2.95 & Revita La Peau £2.97. 2 weeks later the same companies processed a further payment on my card of £74.95 and £79.99 which I did not authorise. Nowhere on the web page did it say that further payments would be taken from my account. My credit card company have been very slow and extremely unhelpful , saying they cannot stop payments to this company, even if I close my account. They also tell me I have signed up to a monthly subscription, which I have not, and that I have to cancel the subscription with the company, which I have no contact details for.
One month later ANOTHER £74.95 and £79.99 were taken from my account, I have no idea how to stop this!!

Then get on to your bank immediately, stop all future payments and request that your bank overturn and refund the payments as you did not authorise payment. Be firm!!! If necessary, cancel your credit card and if your bank won't help, find another bank -
