I was actually attempting to access the Ellen Show Website and this aura vie ad popped up on the screen. I read more about it and decided to give it a try. I was sent the product and decided to immediately give it a try, while still in the trial window. I immediately contacted them regarding canceling as I had some type of reaction to the chemicals used within the product. I explained the situation and they stated that my account had been canceled. They explained that I had already been charged for the product on December 27th. I have now attempted to call several times to cancel and receive a refund. They stated that they will not offer me a refund and hang up on me. I am not only writing on this form, but also about to send a letter to the company.
